4. LCSP Educational Package

  • LCSP (“LinXella Community Study Package”) is an educational package valid for forty (40) months from the date of activation.
  • After 40 months, the LCSP will automatically expire and cannot be renewed, transferred, or refunded.
  • LCSP does not represent ownership of any asset, security, or investment.

5. User Responsibilities & Conduct

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services.
  • You agree to use the platform only for educational purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
  • You must not misuse the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
  • Any harmful behavior, spreading of false information, or negative talk about LinXella, its management, or its community may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account.

7. User Acknowledgment & Waiver

By using LinXella, users acknowledge and agree that the platform is solely an educational service. Any prior references to “investment” or “property” in earlier documents, marketing, or communications are hereby null and void. Users expressly waive any claim, demand, or expectation of investment returns, ROI, property ownership, or similar benefits. Rewards are discretionary engagement incentives only, not financial products or guarantees.

8. Promoters & Third Parties

  • Any promoter, affiliate, or community leader associated with LinXella acts only as an independent introducer.
  • Promoters do not have authority to make promises, guarantees, or commitments on behalf of LinXella.
  • LinXella and its promoters/affiliates are not liable for any losses, misunderstandings, or claims arising from user expectations.

9. Platform Disclaimer

  • LinXella operates as a global online educational platform.
  • The platform and its services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or liabilities.
  • LinXella, its Chairwoman, CEO, Founder, directors, employees, and promoters shall not be held personally responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform

10. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All purchases of LCSP or any educational package are final and non-refundable.
  • Once activated, an LCSP package cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or transferred.
  • Users are encouraged to carefully review all information before making a purchase.

11. Modification of Terms

  • LinXella reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion.
  • Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
  • If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. Failure to accept updated terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

12. Intellectual Property

  • All educational materials, videos, and content provided by LinXella remain the intellectual property of LinXella.
  • Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use the materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

13. Dispute Resolution & No Class Actions

  • Any disputes or claims related to LinXella must be handled on an individual basis.
  • Users agree not to join, combine, or participate in any class action, group claim, or collective lawsuit against LinXella, its Chairwoman, CEO, Founder, management, employees, or promoters.
  • All claims must be brought by the user individually, and remedies are limited to that user alone.

14. Entire Agreement & Severability

  • These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between LinXella and its users, and they supersede and replace all prior agreements, terms, and representations (written or oral), whether published online or offline.
  • Continued access or use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms, including any future modifications.
